We hope that your product exceeds your expectations. If not, please contact us and let us make it right. We WILL reprint if you are not happy with your lithophane. Your memories are important to us.

Some pictures can be harder to print and create beautiful memories. We will let you know beforehand if we think that the picture might not come out as nicely as we would wish.

Our Lanterns are provided seasonally so some may not be available throughout the year. We'll do our best to keep our site updated and we can usually find lanterns that are very close to what you have selected.
